How do I place an order?
Purchasing from Seat Sack & O2 Teach is very easy. We offer five effective ordering procedures that are convenient and simple for all our customers.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Seat Sack & O2 Teach will process most orders within 1-3 business days.
- We ship standard ground shipping, but we offer express shipping on orders for an additional shipping fee. Please call for additional pricing.
Personalized Name Cards please allow 2-4 days to process your order.
Though your order is usually processed within 1-3 business days, we do recommend that you plan ahead as shipping can take extra time, orders are manufactured as they are received, and we do have seasons where ordering can be delayed due to heavy demand . During these seasons orders can take 7-10 business days for processing.
In addition to the processing time, please allow 7-10 business days for ground shipping in the continental US. Orders shipped outside of the US may take extra time due to custom and shipping delays that are beyond our control.
Please note that long delays in our shipping schedule are posted on the front of our website.-Thank you for your patience.
I received a mailer with a discount code…how do I use this code at check out?
Proceed through checkout per usual. During Step 2 of the checkout process simply place the code in the box when prompted and your discount will be applied during the final checkout process. Please note that codes are case sensitive. (You may have to scroll down to see the prompt box)
If you are ordering by purchase order, email, fax or USPS; simply write the code on the order form and we will apply the discount.

Seat Sack & O2 Teach welcome purchase orders.
Bids and Contracts:
If your purchases require formal bids, please add Seat Sack to your bid list as well as your vendor list. Seat Sack will give written and verbal bids.

Can I place my Purchase Order on line?
Please follow these procedures when placing an order on line.
* Select items to be purchased and proceed through to check out.
* The billing address must contain the School District Name or Company Name and the billing address. Purchase Orders that do not have this may be subject to delay.
* Under payment method, select Purchase Order and place your purchase order number in the account box.
* Items will be shipped out and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
* To receive Special School District Pricing on your purchase order, please send an email
which includes the following information:
School District Name
Email & Contact name associated with the District
Assigned Vendor Number to O2 Teach or Seat Sack
Contact Phone number
We will use this information to set up an account and then we will email you your log in for the website. When visiting the website you will need to log in to your account and your Special School District Pricing will appear in red.
You may also choose to call our toll-free number, 1-800-764-1235 to place a purchase order or you may print off an order form
from our website and fax or mail in your order.
Can I phone in a PO or Fax in a PO?
Seat Sack welcomes the opportunity to serve you in any of these methods. When calling in please let the customer service representative know that you have a purchase order. You may print off an order form
from our website to fax in or mail in.

Are you interested in becoming a retailer?

How do I figure out which size Seat Sack to purchase?
Seat Sack comes in several different sizes. Please click here to go to our Seat Sack™ page for sizing information.
Does Seat Sack come in different colors?
The original Seat Sack is now available in a Palette of Radiant New Colors: Apple Red, Sunny Yellow, Crisp Green, Tuxedo Black, Royally Purple, Totally Orange and our Original Blue.
Does Seat Sack only have one pocket?
Yes, we offer a new multi-pocket model called the Seat Sack Plus.
Can I have the name cards in my order personalized with my school or company logo?
Seat Sack products can be personalized with a school name or logo. It is free on orders of 100 items or more. If you are not ordering 100 items there is a minimal fee to order personalized name cards. Please contact customer service with more questions.
(This offer does not apply to Retailer orders purchasing through wholesale prices.)
Will it take extra time for my order if we choose to have our logo placed on the product?
Yes, extra time is needed for artwork and printing. This is usually completed within 7 days.
