How long will it take to receive my order?
- Seat Sack & O2 Teach will process most orders within 1-3 business days.
- We ship standard ground shipping, but we offer express shipping on orders for an additional shipping fee. Please call for additional pricing.

Products being screened or embroidered please allow 10-12 business days after artwork approval.

Though your order is usually processed within 1-3 business days, we do recommend that you plan ahead as shipping can take extra time, orders are manufactured as they are received, and we do have seasons where ordering can be delayed due to heavy demand . During these seasons orders can take 7-10 business days for processing.

In addition to the processing time, please allow 7-10 business days for ground shipping in the continental US. Orders shipped outside of the US may take extra time due to custom and shipping delays that are beyond our control.

I received a mailer with a discount code…how do I use this code at check out? Proceed through checkout per usual. During Step 2 of the checkout process simply place the code in the box when prompted and your discount will be applied during the final checkout process. Please note that codes are case sensitive. (You may have to scroll down to see the prompt box)
If you are ordering by purchase order, email, fax or USPS; simply write the code on the order form and we will apply the discount.
Special School District Pricing: Do you offer a discount for School Districts? Seat Sack & O2Teach does provide Special School District Pricing when ordering with a District Purchase Order. For more information on how to receive special pricing, please send an email with your school district name, name & phone number & email of purchasing buyer.
How can our School District receive preferred pricing? Seat Sack & O2Teach would need to become an approved vendor in your district. We will be happy to fill out any forms that your school district purchasing department would need for either Seat Sack or O2Teach to become an approved vendor. Please email for any questions on this matter.
How do we receive the preferred pricing when ordering on line? If your School District or Retail Company is not already set up in our program you will need to:
* Send an email to email.
* In the email you will need to include your O2Teach or Seat Sack vendor id #, name of school (and the district the school is located in), or company, tax id # and the email address that your district will be using when placing the order.
* We will enter it into the system and then send back an email to let you know that you are in the system. (The email address and vendor number must match in the future to receive the discount.)
* When ordering in the future you will need to login before selecting any items. After you login your discount will be revealed as you purchase items.

Can I place my Purchase Order on line?
Please follow these procedures when placing an order on line.
* Select items to be purchased and proceed through to check out.
* The billing address must contain the School District Name or Company Name and the billing address. Purchase Orders that do not have this may be subject to delay.
* Under payment method, select Purchase Order and place your purchase order number in the box.
* Items will be shipped out and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
* To receive Special School District Pricing on your purchase order, please send an email which includes the following information:
School District Name
Email & Contact name associated with the District
Assigned Vendor Number to O2 Teach or Seat Sack
Contact Phone number
Zip Code
We will use this information to set up an account and then we will email you your log in for the website. When visiting the website you will need to log in to your account and your Special School District Pricing will appear in red.
You may also choose to call our toll-free number, 1-800-764-1235 to place a purchase order or you may print off an order form from our website and fax or mail in your order.
Can I phone in a PO or Fax in a PO? O2 Teach welcomes the opportunity to serve you in any of these methods. When calling in please let the customer service representative know that you have a purchase order. You may print off an order form from our website to fax in or mail in.

Seat Sack Information: How do I figure out which size Seat Sack to purchase? Seat Sack comes in several different sizes. Please click here to go to our Seat Sack™ page for sizing information.
Does Seat Sack come in different colors? The original Seat Sack is now available in a Palette of Radiant New Colors: Apple Red, Sunny Yellow, Crisp Green, Tuxedo Black, Royally Purple, Totally Orange and our Original Blue.
Does Seat Sack only have one pocket? We offer our 15 inch Double Seat Sack with two pockets.
Can I have Seat Sack screened with my school or company logo? SEAT SACK can be screened with a logo for a minimal fee. We ask that you contact our customer service department when wanting a logo placed on your SEAT SACK. They will give instructions on how to submit your logo.
On orders of 150+ or more SEAT SACK, we will screen print your school or company name for FREE!
(This offer does not apply to Retailer orders purchasing through wholesale prices.) Will it take extra time for my order if we choose to have our logo placed on the product? Screening can add time to the time that it takes to receive your order. Our standard 10 business days (if in stock) of receipt of product begins upon artwork approval. Do you have a minimum order requirement? No-but our pricing is tiered. The more you purchase the more you save!

Will Company Threads design a logo for me? Company Threads does provide a design service for a fee.
Can you use the logo that we currently have? We can use your company logo, but it may require that we have the design transferred into a usable format.
How do I send in my logo? Please contact our customer service department when sending in a logo.
Do you sell promotional items? Company Threads offers promotional items that your logo can be placed on.
