Returns and Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy

We strive to deliver the best quality products and customer service. If there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we will gladly fix it.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after invoice/ship date.

Each return will be taken into consideration on an individual basis.

Exchange and Return items must be in unused/new condition.

Please notify us if you plan to return or exchange an item as a return authorization number must be obtained on all exchanges or returns.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
